JUDGMENT Mahendra Dayal, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State, who has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no.1. 2. This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the applicants for quashing of the proceedings of criminal case No.2911 of 2014 arising out of Crime NO.202 of 2013 under Sections 452, 504, 506 IPC, relating to Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow. 3. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he restricts his prayer only to the extent that a direction be issued to the learned court below to consider and dispose of their bail application expeditiously in accordance with law, to which learned A.G.A. has no objection. 4. In view of above, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with the direction that in case the applicants surrender before the court below and apply for bail within a period of three weeks from today, their prayer for bail application shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law as per the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. With the aforesaid direction, the application is finally disposed of.
