Judgment 1. Mr. V. Pandi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the first respondent and Mr. S. Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 2 and 3 and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2014, through which he sought for disbursement of Group Insurance, Provident Fund, Gratuity and any other monetary benefits due to his father who was working as a Water Tank Motor Operator and died on 02.12.2009, while he was in service. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V. Pandi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and Mr. S. Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3. 4. Whether the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed or not, is for the respondents to consider and decide and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view, as of now, on the claim made by the petitioner. However, as he has made a representation, the same shall be considered by the respondents more particularly the second respondent, and appropriate orders shall be passed on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
