JUDGMENT 1. - Heard. 2. Issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also. 3. Mr. Manish Patel, learned Additional Government Counsel accepts notices on behalf of the respondents. 4. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is finally heard at this stage. 5. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions to the Electoral Registration Officer to correct her name in the voter list of Gram Panchayat Ratau. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner's name has been entered in the voter list as 'Komal' instead of 'Komal @ Kailash'. The grievance of the petitioner is that she has already made representation, however, the Electoral Registration Officer is not deciding the same in accordance with law. 7. Learned Additional Government Counsel fairly submits that the representation, if any, already made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the Electoral Registration Officer expeditiously, in any case, within a period of three days. 8. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed with the directions to the Electoral Registration Officer (Sub Divisional Officer), Ladnu to decide the representation of the petitioner, if already made, within a period of three days.Petition Disposed of. *******
