JUDGMENT Mahendra Dayal, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA, who has accepted notice on behalf of the State. 2. By means of this application under Section 482 CrPC, the applicants have prayed for quashing of the summoning order dated 06.02.2015 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh in Criminal Case No.284/2015 arising out of Case Crime No.188-A/2014 under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(X) SC/ST Act relating to P.S. Baghrai, District Pratapgarh. 3. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he restricts his prayer only to the extent that a direction be issued to the learned court below to consider and dispose of their bail application expeditiously according to law, to which, learned AGA has no objection. 4. In view of above, the application under Section 482 CrPC is finally disposed of with a direction that in case the applicants surrender before the court below and apply for bail within a period of two weeks from today, their prayer for bail shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, the application is finally disposed of.
