JUDGMENT Mahendra Dayal, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA, who has accepted notice on behalf of the State. 2. By means of this application under Section 483 CrPC, the applicant has prayed for a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gonda to decide the Criminal case relating to Case Crime No.120/1985 expeditiously to which, learned AGA has no objection. 3. In view of above, the application under Section 483 CrPC is finally disposed of with a direction to the learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate-IV, Gonda to decide criminal case relating to Case Crime No.120/1985 under Section 419 , 420, 467, 468 IPC expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, the application is finally disposed of.
