ORDER : Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. After arguing the matter at some length learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the special leave petition, reserving liberty for the petitioner to file a petition for grant of bail before the trial court after the disposal of SLP(Crl.) No.6935/2015. 3. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty prayed for.
