ORDER : 1. Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned AAG for the State of Uttar Pradesh has shown us a copy of the Government Order dated 15th September, 2015 constituting the State Advisory Board under Section 62 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (for short “the Act”). He says that the members of the State Advisory Board will soon be having a meeting with the Juvenile Justice Committee of the High Court and will be assisting them in the effective implementation of the Act and will also be holding separate meetings in accordance with law.
