JUDGMENT : P.S. Rana, J. 1. Present petition is filed against the issuance of non-bailable warrants to the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court. At this stage learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner appeared before the learned trial Court. 2. In view of the above stated facts present petition has become infructuous and same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending applications if any, also disposed of.
