JUDGMENT Manoj Misra, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. The case of the applicants is that earlier a charge sheet in Case No. 2065 of 2003 arising out of case crime no. 140/2003, P.S. Lachura, District Jhansi was submitted under sections 323, 325, 504 I.P.C. in which the applicants had obtained bail but thereafter a charge sheet has been submitted by adding Section 3(1)IV SC/ST Act. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that the bail prayer of the applicants be decided on the same day in the newly added section. 3. From the perusal of the record, it appears that the charge sheet under section 3(1)IV SC/ST Act was submitted in the year 2004. 4. Under the circumstances, the prayer of the applicants cannot be entertained. The applicants may take recourse to ordinary remedy in accordance with law. The application is disposed of.
