JUDGMENT : Anil R. Dave, J. It has been earlier pointed out that a writ petition involving similar issue is pending in the High Court. Today, it has been stated that the said matter has not been disposed of so far. 2. The High Court will do the needful for disposal of the said matter. Hearing of Writ Petition (Civil) No.1583/2014 be expedited and preferably the matter may be decided within three months from today. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of. 4. However, we clarify that we have not considered this petition on merits and we are disposing of this petition simply because similar issue is pending in the High Court. 5. Intimation of this order should be communicated to the High Court of Gauhati forthwith.
