ORDER : 1. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.10 to 12 prays for and granted two weeks time to file objections to the report submitted by the one man commission appointed by this Court. 2. As the matter is adjourned, Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Uttar Pradesh, may also, if necessary, file objections and if not required, the State would not file any objection and argue on the basis of the report. 3. Registry is directed to hand over a copy of the report to Mr. P.K. Dey, learned counsel appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation. 4. Let the matter be listed for final disposal on 28.10.2015. It is hereby made clear that no adjournment shall be granted on that day. As agreed to by learned counsel or the parties, the matter shall be taken up at 2.00 p.m.
