JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer that some more time may be granted to the petitioners to produce the alleged kidnapped girl in the court of learned C.J.M. Rampur. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners and complainant that in the present case alleged kidnapped girl has been recovered by the police. In such circumstance, this application has become infractuous. In case the alleged kidnapped girl appears before the I.O., her statement shall be recorded under section 161 Cr.P.C., thereafter she shall be produced before the Magistrate concerned for recording her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C., after that she shall be medically examined by the C.M.O. concerned for determining her age etc and issue of custody shall also be decided by the learned Magistrate concerned. Accordingly this application is disposed of.
