JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent. 2. From the side of the petitioner, it has been stated that the petitioner has been superannuated but on account of various enquiries in question, pensionery benefits have not been accorded to him. The petitioner submits that the enquiry has been finalised and recommendation has been made on 7th February 2015, but since then no further follow up action has been taken whereas he has already represented the matter before the respondent no.3. 3. Consequently, on the facts of the case, the Executive Engineer, Electricity Transmission, Division-I, 132 K.V. Sub Station, Lal Kuan, Ghaziabad, respondent no.3 is directed to take appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, preferably within three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. Needless to say that the decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner thereafter. Subject to the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.
