JUDGMENT : Pursuant to our directions contained in our Judgment dated July 01, 2015, the convict Ghulam Nabi Guide was taken into custody and has been produced before the Court today for the hearing on sentence. The convict Ghulam Nabi Guide has been identified by Mr. Ram Pal, Sub-Inspector (D.No.2010) and Mr. Tara Chand, Head Constable (DAP No. 2053). 2. We have heard the learned counsel for both the parties. We are of view that ends of justice would be met by awarding life imprisonment for the offences under Sections 3 & 4 of the Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 and Section 302 read with Section 120-B of Ranbir Penal Code. The convict Ghulam Nabi Guide is, accordingly, awarded sentence of rigorous imprisonment for life for the aforesaid offences. All the sentences shall run concurrently. 3. The appeal in respect of the convict Ghulam Nabi Guide stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
