Judgment It is seen that the order made in this writ petition has been challenged in W.A(MD)No.867 of 2014 and by an order dated 18.09.2014, the Division Bench of this Court has passed detailed order and dismissed the writ appeal and directed to sanction and pay arrears of incentive increment to the writ petitioner for M.Ed., Degree qualification within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a Judgment. Therefore, the order passed in this writ petition has got merged with the order passed in the writ appeal and if the petitioner is having any grievance of non-compliance of such order, she has to move contempt petition only before the Division Bench. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
