JUDGMENT : 1. Since the issue involved in these Writ Petitions are one and the same, they are taken up together and decided by a common order. 2. Since the learned counsel appearing for petitioners are different in each of the Writ Petitions, their submissions as well as the submissions of the respondents were heard and orders were passed accordingly. 3. When W.P.(MD).Nos.14344,14336 of 2011 and 2902,2865,6726 of 2012 and 1823 of 2014 are taken up for hearing, both sides represented that these Writ Petitions have become infructuous. Accordingly, it is closed as infructuous. 4. When W.P.(MD).No.5584 of 2012 is taken-up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a letter dated 07.03.2015 stating that the appointment of Mrs. Rani, W/o. Deivendran, Theni, as TCO in proceeding letter No.002167 TACTV/2014 dated 03.2.2014 has not been renewed further. Hence, the said Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it is closed. 5. As far as W.P.(MD).Nos.13325 of 2012 and 2231,14388 of 2013, are concerned, in all these Writ Petitions, the petitioners have represented to the respondents ventilating their grievances. The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submitted that their representations will be duly considered and appropriate orders would be passed thereon, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Recording the said submissions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, accordingly. 6. Insofar as W.P.(MD).No.2443 of 2012, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV corporation submits that if the petitioner provides the list of connections and pay arrears, they are ready to give connections to the petitioner. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 7. Insofar as W.P.(MD).No.1353 of 2015, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents of the Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable TV Corporation will not cut his cable wire as long as he does his business in a lawful manner. Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is closed. 8. As far as W.P.(MD).Nos.2317 to 2321 of 2015 are concerned, the request of the petitioners will be placed shortly before the Board's approval and as per the Board's decision, appropriate orders will be passed and the same will also be communicated to the petitioners herein. Recording the said submissions, these Writ Petitions are ordered accordingly. Consequently, all the connected miscellaneous petitions relating to these Writ Petitions are closed.
