Judgment :- 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh Writ Petition after submitting a detailed representation to the respondents mentioning the name of the persons in whose name the service connections have been given. No costs.
