ORDER : 1. We have been briefly taken through the recommendations made by learned amicus curiae. 2. It appears to us, after hearing learned counsel for the parties, that this case will require a detailed hearing perhaps for two full days. 3. Accordingly, these petitions be listed on 28th October, 2015 and 29th October, 2015 at 10.30 a.m. 4. We make it clear that no adjournment will be granted. 5.
