JUDGMENT Mr. Mahesh Grover, J.:- The petitioners pray for grant of pre-arrest bail in terms of Section 438 Cr.P.C in case FIR no.188 dated 14.3.2015 registered under Sections 323, 342, 498-A, 313, 506, 120-B IPC (406 added later on) at Police Station Civil Lines, District Gurgaon. 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the dispute has arisen on account of a marital discord and all the petitioners are related to the husband of the complainant and have nothing to do with her marital affairs. 3. Noticing the aforesaid facts this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioners vide its order dated 13.5.2015 subject to the compliance of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4. The petitioners have since joined investigation to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer which fact is not controverted by the learned State counsel on instructions from HC Chandan. It is pointed by the learned State counsel that all the petitioners have been kept in column no.2. 5. Thus, without commenting upon the merits of the case but noticing the fact that the petitioners have joined the investigation to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer and also the fact that the petitioners have been kept in column no.2, instant petition is accepted. Interim directions dated 13.5.2015 are hereby made absolute, however subject to the condition that the petitioners continue to comply with the provisions of Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. ———————
