ORDER : Dinesh Kumar Singh, J. 1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners being father, brothers, sister and brother's wife of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a complaint case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 31 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. 2. The accusation is of breach of protection order passed by the learned Court below in Domestic Violence Case No. 4 of 2012 dated 14.8.2012. 3. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready to comply the order dated 14.8.2012 passed in Domestic Violence Case No. 4 of 2012. 4. Learned Counsel for the complainant accepts the offer of the petitioners. 5. Both sides agree to appear before the learned Court below on 14th December, 2015 when the petitioner will give undertaking in writing to comply the order dated 14.8.2012. 6. In the circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for six months in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Complaint Case No. 3950C of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C. The provisional bail of the petitioners will be confirmed on substantial compliance of the order passed in Domestic Violence Case No. 4 of 2012.
