Having heard the learned counsels for the parties, this Court is satisfied that no interference is called for in the impugned order. To compensate the decree-holder for fresh round of trial on this application of defendant, the defendant shall pay costs of Rs. 5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the plaintiff-appellant within three months from today. 3.
