JUDGMENT Ramesh Sinha, J. Sri Aditya Prasad Mishra has filed vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri M.S. Ansari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Aditya Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the complainant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the F.I.R. of the case was lodged against four persons including the applicant out of which the role of firing at the two deceased has been assigned to the applicant and co-accused Dhananjay Singh @ Babbal Singh but it has not been specified whose fired hit to which of the deceased. He submits that contrary version given by the eye witnesses, hence their presence at the place of occurrence is doubtful. The applicant is in jail since 17.10.2014. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant as well as learned A.G.A. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that in the present case two persons have lost their life and specific role of firing at the two deceased has been assigned to the applicant and co-accused Dhananjay Singh @ Babbal Singh. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the submission advanced, I find no good ground for grant of bail to the applicant Pravin Tiwari @ Sonu involved in Case Crime No. 431 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120-B, 379 I.P.C., police station Ubhaon, District Ballia. Accordingly, the bail application is rejected.
