JUDGMENT : Heard Shri Noronha, learned Counsel appering for the Petitioner and Mr. Tamba, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1. 2. Rule. Heard fothwith with the consent of the learned Counsel. Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent no. 1 waives service. 3. After hearing the matter for sometime, the following Order is passed by consent : ORDER (i) The ad-interim Order impugned in the above Writ Petitioner dated 21.05.2015 to the extent it stays the conversion sanad, is quashed and set aside. (ii) The Conversion Sanad granted by the Collector in respect of the subject property dated 19.01.2015 under no. RBC&VTIS/COLL/25/13 shall be subject to any further Orders which may be passed in Special Civil Suit no. 14/11/B filed by the Respondents. (iii) In case any favourable Order is passed in favour of the Respondents, liberty to the Respondents to move the Collector accordingly. (iv) In case the Presiding Judge of the concerned Court is not available, the application for temporary injunction may be examined by the learned Presiding Judge in charge of such Court. (v) Rule is disposed of in the above terms.
