ORDER : 1. The present appeal raises classification dispute. 2. After hearing Mr. K. Radhakrishnan, learned senior counsel appearing for the Department, at length, we are of the view that on the facts of this case, the Tribunal has rightly classified the goods as 'Veterinary Medicaments'. 3. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
