JUDGMENT Mr. Ajay Tewari, J. (Oral):- The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in case FIR No.32, dated 19.5.2015, registered under Section 18/61/85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station City-II, Abohar, District Fazilka. 2. As per allegations, 1 kg of opium was recovered from the petitioner. Custody certificate by way of affidavit of Lalit Kumar Kohli, Additional Superintendent, Central Jail, Ferozepur has been filed. Counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has now been in custody for three months and that there is no other case pending against him. 3. Counsel for the respondent has accepted the factual assertion. 4. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, and keeping in view the period of custody already suffered by the petitioner, and no other case is pending against him as per the custody certificate, I deem it appropriate to grant the concession of regular bail to the petitioner. 5. Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate. 6. Petition stands disposed of. --------------
