JUDGMENT Vivek Kumar Birla, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri H.K. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents no. 2 and 3. 2. The petitioner belongs to Other Backward Class category of the State of Haryana. A certificate of Other Backward Class category was issued to him in the State of Haryana. He has applied for appointment on the post of Senior Treatment Supervisor and the Tuberculosis Health Visitor in pursuance to the advertisement dated 27.4.2015. 3. The selection process is over and the result has also been declared in which the petitioner has been found unsuccessful as his name is not shown in the list of selected candidates and wait listed candidates. Now the petitioner has come up with the prayer that a writ of mandamus be issued to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the aforesaid post in the light of his eligibility and successful participation in interview expeditiously within stipulated period. 4. No such relief can be granted as the petitioner as he has been found unsuccessful. 5. This writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
