ORDER Issue notice on application for directions filed by learned amicus curiae. 2. Mr. C.D. Singh, learned counsel for the State of Madhya Pradesh accepts notice and seeks some time to file a reply. 3. Two weeks time is granted for filing the reply. 4. We have heard learned Additional Solicitor General and learned amicus curaie on other issues. 5. We have also gone through the affidavit dated 9th October, 2015 (filed on 13th October, 2015 by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India). 6. Learned Additional Solicitor General says that the formats for the social audit under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 have more or less been finalized, but some more suggestions have been received after the draft formats were put online. He says that the formats will be finalized within four weeks from today and made available on the website of the Ministry. 7. Learned amicus curiae has brought to our notice that there is ineffective monitoring of the Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS). She is requested to suggest some means of effective monitoring. She says that she will do the needful within three weeks. 8. Learned amicus curiae says that she needs some documents in this regard, particularly in regard to the projects proposed by some States and the approval given to those projects. As an example, learned Additional Solicitor General should obtain from the concerned Ministry the documents relating to the projects for maximum two or three States which are easily and readily available and hand them over to learned amicus curiae within one week. In case there is any shortfall, learned amicus curiae will communicate it to learned Additional Solicitor General who will personally look into the matter so that necessary documents are made available. 9. List the matter on 4th December, 2015.
