JUDGMENT Shamsher Bahadur Singh, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for direction to the Court below to decide the bail application of the applicants on the same day in Case Crime No. 217 of 2015, under Sections 147, 306 IPC, P.S. Hasanpur, District J.P. Nagar. 3. The prayer for direction to decide the bail application of the applicants on same day is refused. 4. However, it is provided that, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below within 30 days from today and apply for bail, their prayer for bail shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law. With the aforesaid directions, this application is finally disposed of.
