Judgment :- 1. W.P.No.14873 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2015 for grant of licence/permission for running of the petitioner's bunk shop at Siruseri Sipcot Entrance (I.T. Park), Rajiv Gandhi Road (OMR), Egattur Muttukadu Panchayat, Thiruporur Union, Kancheepuram District - 603 103, wherein selling Tea, Coffee and Food items and till such time not to disturb the running of the same. 2. W.P.No.14874 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2015 for grant of licence/permission for running of her bunk shop at Tata Consultancy Services Private Limited, Opposite to Gate No.3, near Back Side, Siruseri Sipcot, Navallur, Kancheepruam Distict 603 103, wherein selling Tea, Coffee and Food items and till such time not to disturb the running of the same. 3. W.P.No.14875 of 2015 has been filed by the petitioner to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.05.2015 for grant of licence/permission for running of his bunk shop at Siruseri Sipcot Entrance (I.T. Park), Rajiv Gandhi Road (OMR), Egattur Muttukadu Panchayat, Thiruporur Union, Kancheepuram District - 603 103, wherein selling Tea, Coffee and Food items and till such time not to disturb the running of the same. 4. It is the case of the petitioners that they gave representations dated 13.05.2015 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider their case. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that this court, in W.P.Nos. 10975 to 10978 of 2015, in similar circumstances, directed the Chennai Corporation to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks and till such time, directed the parties to maintain status quo. 6. The order passed by this court in those writ petitions, squarely applies to the facts and circumstances of the present case. 7.

In view of the same, I direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioners' representations dated 13.04.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till such time, status quo as on today, shall be maintained. It is also made clear that the petitioners taking advantage of the interim order, shall not create any third party right in respect of the bunk shops in question. With these observations, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
