JUDGMENT The petitioner has challenged the First Information Report dated 06.06.2015 bearing Case Crime No. 95 of 2015, under Section 419 , 420, 467, 468, 506 I.P.C. at Police Station Mishrikh, District Sitapur. 2. Upon perusal of contents of the first information report, the offence committed by the petitioner, at this stage, cannot be denied. However, since the first information report has been lodged after nearly eight years, we hereby provide that the petitioner shall not be arrested for one month in connection with the aforesaid case crime. It is further provided that if the petitioner surrenders before the court concerned within one month and files an application for bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the court concerned expeditiously. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
