ORDER : Heard Mr. Sanjay Hegde, learned senior counsel and Mr. Prashant Bhushan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Maninder Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondent. 2. Learned counsel assisting the petitioners submit that they would implead the selected candidates within ten days hence. After the said candidates are impleaded, they shall be arrayed as party-respondents. 3. The Registry shall issue notice to the said respondents fixing a returnable date within three weeks therefrom. Let notices shall be served through the Registrar General of the High Court of Delhi. 4. Let the matter be listed on 9th December, 2015. 5. Prayer for intervention stands rejected.
