JUDGMENT : P.S. RANA, J. 1. Heard. With the consent of learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner and with the consent of learned Advocate appearing on behalf of non-petitioner No.2, following order passed: (i) Civil Appeal No. 37 of 2006 titled Nirmala Devi & others vs. Bhag Singh & others is restored to its original position. (ii) Costs to the tune of Rs. 1500/- (Rupees one thousand and five hundred) is also imposed. (iii) Parties are directed to appear before the first appellate Court on 2.12.2015. (iv) File of learned trial Court along with certified copy of this order be sent back before the next date. 2. Present petition is disposed of. Pending applications if any also disposed of.
