ORDER P. S. Rana, J. Heard. Records perused. Petitioner did not challenge any final order of competent authority of law passed by respondents. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner submitted that no final order is passed by any competent authority of law till date and representation Annexure P-4 dated 8.8.2007 and representation Annexure P-8 dated 10.12.2013 filed by the petitioner are still pending before the competent authority of law for disposal. It is well settled law that all the competent authorities are under legal obligation to dispose of the representations expeditiously in accordance with law. Hence following order passed: 1) Competent authority will dispose of the representations within 90 days. 2) Thereafter competent authority will inform the decision of representations to the petitioner by way of registered letter. Registrar (Judicial) will send certified copy of this order along with Annexures P-4 & P-8 forthwith for compliance to respondents No. 1 to 4. CWP No. 2866/2014 is disposed of. No order a s to costs. Pending application if any also disposed of.
