JUDGMENT The petitioner has filed an application on 19 May 2015 before the Taxation Officer, Sonbhadra for recalling the assessment order on the ground that it had been passed ex parte. The petitioner has been served with a recovery citation dated 16 May 2015 (Annexure-1). 2. In this background, we direct the second respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner within a period of one month of the receipt of a certified copy of this order. For a period of six weeks or until the application is disposed of, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner in pursuance of the recovery citation (Annexure-1). 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
