Judgment 1. Mr. R. Anandaraj learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2012 and direct the first respondent to pay the amount due, of Rs.65,062.25. 4. It is seen that the petitioner is seeking one month notice pay, Gratuity amount, Wage arrears and Staff Security Deposit. Whether the petitioner is entitled to the relief claimed or not, is for the respondents to consider and decide and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view, as of now, on the claim made by the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2012 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
