Judgment Deepak Gupta, J. By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of the following main relief:- “(iv) And after hearing the parties be pleased to issue writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents and each of them to conduct the measurement of the work and release the Bill within a time frame.” 2. The petitioner has also produced a representation dated 28-05-2013 and according to Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, no action has been taken on this representation. 3. We are not going into the merits of the case but in case, the final measurements have not been made as claimed by the petitioner, we direct the respondents to make the final measurements within a period of 4(four) weeks from the production of the copy of the order and make the payment, if any, due to the petitioner. Thereafter, in case the petitioner is not satisfied he can file appropriate civil suit for redressal of his grievances. 4. With this observation, the petition is disposed of.
