ORDER : 1. Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 13.11.2014, Shri Anthony de Sa, Chief Secretary, Madhya Pradesh, Shri Surendra Singh, D.G.P., Madhya Pradesh, Shri Basant Pratap Singh, Principal Secretary, Home, Madhya Pradesh, Rajiv Tandon, A.D.G. (CIA), Ms. Kalpana Shrivastava, Commissioner, Women Empowernment (Women & Child Development), Shri K Baburao, I.G. (C.I.A.), Shri Arvind Dubey, A.I.G. (C.I.A.) are present before us. 2. The presence of the aforesaid officers of the State of Madhaya Pradesh is dispensed with for the present. 3. In pursuance of the order dated, 13.11.2014, the affidavit filed by the State of Madhya Pradesh is also placed before us. 4. In view of the same, we grant three weeks' time from today to the State of Madhya Pradesh for taking appropriate steps as are required of them for compliance with our earlier orders. 5.
