JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no. 3 and 4 by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned Advocate is taken on record. 2. Corpus Km. Archana Verma was produced by the Investigating Officer Sadanand Singh, Inspector, Police Station Jahangirabad, district Barabanki. Corpus was identified by Sri Ajay Kumar, learned Advocate, Inspector Sadanand Singh and also by her parents. 3. Petitioner Sunit Kumar Verma also identified the corpus. On enquiry corpus Archana Verma stated that she is not married with Snit Kumar Verma. She has come along with her parents and she also wants to go with them. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties, learned A.G.A. and perused the entire record. 5. Mark sheet of the High School Examination filed on behalf of the petitioner regarding the corpus itself indicate that corpus is major one. 6. She has denied the marriage with the petitioner Sunit Kumar Verma. Apart from this validity of the marriage cannot be decided in this forum because it requires collection of evidence and it can only be decided by the regular court. 7. Since corpus is major and wants to go with her parents, therefore, she is free to go on her own free will. Petitioner is also directed to deposit Rs. 3,000/- as cost for the harassment caused to the corpus and her family members within a period of 15 days from today before the Family Court, Barabanki. On deposit of the amount the same may be withdrawn by the corpus Km. Archana Verma on moving proper application before the court concerned. In the event the amount, as directed, is not deposited by the petitioner then the same will be recovered as arrears of land revenue from him. With the aforesaid observation writ petition stands disposed of.
