Judgment 1. When the matter is listed on 05.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 12.01.2015 'for dismissal'. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
