Judgment N. Paul Vasantha kumar, C.J. 1. This petition is filed seeking to quash order dated 12.04.2014 wherein the petitioner was directed to demolish the construction/violations within five days. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the earlier order passed by the Division Bench in PIL restraining the Special Tribunal from entertaining appeals against such orders, has been modified and liberty has been granted to similarly placed persons to file appeal within seven days. The said factum is not disputed by the counsel for the respondents. 3. In view of the submissions made, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Special Tribunal within a period of seven days and till the filing of the appeal, the interim directions issued on 23.04.2014 shall continue to operate. If any such appeal is filed before the Special Tribunal, the same shall be decided in accordance with law. 4. Connected CMAs also stand dismissed.
