JUDGMENT Suneet Kumar, J. The petitioner institution claims to be a minority institution. The grievance of the petitioner is that for the session 2013, four students for B.T.C. training course have not been allotted by the Zila Basic Siksha Adhikari Kanpur Nagar. 2. The learned Standing counsel submits that the petitioners' case shall be considered strictly in accordance with law. 3. Be that as it may, without entering into the merits of the case, it is provided that the case of the petitioner shall be considered and decided by third respondent, Pracharya Zila Siksha Avam Prashikshan Sansthan Narwal, Kanpur Nagar, by reasoned and speaking order, expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with a copy of the representation. 4. With the aforesaid observation/directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
