JUDGMENT : P.S. RANA, J. 1. Present petition filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 for bail relating to FIR No. 135 of 2014 dated 24.10.2014 registered under Section 302, 34 IPC in P.S. Lambagoan (Distt.) Kangra (H.P.). Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that present petition be disposed with direction to learned trial Court to dispose of the criminal trial expeditiously. Learned Assistant Advocate General submitted that he has no objection if direction is issued to learned trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case. It is well settled law that accused has a legal right for expeditious disposal of his case. Petitioner is judicial custody since 25.10.2014. In view of the above stated facts learned trial Court is directed to dispose of the criminal case within three months. Learned Registrar (Judicial) is directed to transmit certified copy of this order to learned trial Court forthwith for compliance. Petition is disposed of. Pending applications if any also disposed of.
