JUDGMENT Bharat Bhushan, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. 2. This application has been filed with a prayer that the proceeding of S. T. No. 136 of 2012, (State Vs Goldi @ Aman Rajpoot) arising out of Case Crime No. 324 of 2012, under Sections 392 IPC, P.S. Bhoganipur, District Ramabai Nagar pending in the court of Special Judge, Kanpur Dehat may be decided expeditiously. 3. Considering the old pendency of this case in which the charge sheet has been submitted in Case Crime No. 324 of 2012, under Sections 392 IPC, P.S. Bhoganipur, District Ramabai Nagar, it is directed that in case proceedings of above mentioned case is not stayed by any other court, same shall be decided expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the side, if possible, the matter shall be heard and decided on day to day basis. 4. With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
