JUDGMENT : P.S. RANA, J. 1. Learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that compromise deed executed inter-se the parties and present revision petition be disposed of as per the terms and conditions of the compromise deed executed inter-se the parties. Court perused the compromise deed carefully. Court is satisfied that a lawful compromise deed has been executed inter-se the parties. In view of the above stated facts order of learned Rent Controller dated 21.6.2013 passed in Execution Petition No. 48-10 of 2012 is modified as per the compromise deed Ext. PA. Ext. PA will form part and parcel of this order regarding which the statements of learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the parties have been recorded separately and placed on record. 2. Present revision petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Record of learned Executing Court along with certified copy of this order be sent back forthwith for compliance. Pending applications if any also disposed of.
