JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri Atul Shahi, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 7.5.2015 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 26391 of 2015 (Radha Devi Vs. Union Bank of India through its Regional Manager and Another) by which the writ petition was disposed of with the direction to the opposite party to decide the representation of the applicant within a period of two weeks. 3. It has been stated that in spite of service of the certified copy of the order on 8.5.2015, the opposite party has not taken any decision as directed by the writ Court. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order dated 7.5.2015 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 26391 of 2015 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity is given to the opposite party to comply the order dated 7.5.2015 passed by this Court in Writ C No. 26391 of 2015 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application is disposed of.
