JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the Opposite Parties for willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 30.1.2015 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 4951 of 2015 (C/M Tyagi Inter College And Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others) by which the writ petition was allowed and the impugned order dated 21.10.2014 was quashed with the direction to the Regional Level Committee to decide the dispute raised by the respondent no. 5 regarding the validity of the election dated 4.5.2014 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months. 3. It is submitted that the copy of the aforesaid order was served immediately after passing of the order, which has been admitted in the notice dated 14.3.2015 issued by the Joint Director of Education Chitrakootdham Divison Banda (annexure 1 to the writ petition), but inspite of the same, no decision has yet been taken. 4. Prima facie, a case has been made out for punishing the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 30.1.2015 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 4951 of 2015 (C/M Tyagi Inter College And Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others). 5. However, no notice is issued to the opposite parties at this stage. The opposite parties are granted two months' further time to comply with the judgment and order dated 30.1.2015 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 4951 of 2015 (C/M Tyagi Inter College And Another Vs. State of U.P. and Others) from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. In case the opposite parties do not comply with the order, it would be open to the applicant to approach this court again. 7. With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed of at this stage.
