JUDGMENT Ran Vijai Singh, J. Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite party for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 30513 of 2011 (Sushila Jaiswal Vs. State of U.P. and Another), by which the writ petition was allowed by holding that the applicant shall be entitled to arrears of salary w.e.f. 6.9.2002 till the date she resumed her duties on 15.5.2010 to be paid within three months along with interest @ 8.5%, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to 12% interest. 3. It has been stated that in spite of service of the certified copy of the order on 10.3.2015 through registered post, the opposite party has not taken any decision as directed by the writ Court. 4. Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 30513 of 2011 is made out. 5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity is given to the opposite party to comply the order dated 10.3.2015 passed by this Court in Writ A No. 30513 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this application is disposed of.
