JUDGMENT Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Trivedi in person. 2. This Contempt Application under the Contempt of Courts Act has been filed alleging the commission of a criminal contempt by the opposite parties on the ground that they misled the Court while submissions were being raised on their behalf in Civil Misc. Writ petition No.20892 of 2015, where orders were passed on 16.4.2015. The order has been quoted in extenso in paragraph No.2 of this application. 3. The applicant, who has appeared in person, contends that by making incorrect statement before the Court, the Court was misled to believe the same and passed orders which clearly amounts to scandalizing the Court and, as such, criminal contempt has been committed. 4. We have perused the records and we find that the writ petition is still pending where Affidavits had been called upon to be filed. The applicant contends that even the interim order dated 16.4.2015 has been disobeyed. If that is so, he may file a Civil Contempt and not a Criminal Contempt. 5. In our considered opinion, the allegations made at this stage and the fact that the writ petition is still pending do not make out a case for issuing notices for criminal contempt under the Contempt of Courts Act. The application is rejected at this stage.
