Judgment 1. In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to approve the proposal re-submitted by the petitioner dated 11.08.2014 of the change of Secretaryship. 2. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4. It is seen that through the said proposal the petitioner is seeking approval of the change of Secretaryship in the petitioner's School. It is for the first respondent to consider the said request and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and therefore this Court is not expressing any view the contention of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the proposal submitted by the petitioner dated 11.08.2014, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
