JUDGMENT Heard Sri Ravi Kant, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Pankaj Saxena, Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Sri J.S. Pandey, Advocate, holding brief of Sri Tarun Verma, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 & 3. Learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondent no. 4. 2. It appears that the petitioners have a retail outlet for the sale of kerosene oil at Duddhi, District Mirzapur. For some reason, the supply of kerosene oil has been stopped by the respondent no. 4. 3. By means of the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking a direction to the respondent no. 2 to issue appropriate direction for the restoration of supply of kerosene oil at Duddhi. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that raising the grievance the petitioners have already filed a representation before the respondent no. 2 on 6.5.2015, which is Annexure-10 to the writ petition. He submitted that the respondent no. 2 may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a time bound period. 5. On the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that let the representation of the petitioners be decided by the respondent no. 2 within a time bound period. 6. Accordingly, we direct the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners expeditiously preferably, within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, in accordance to law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
